Preparation
  1. In a frying pan, sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until onions are softened.
  2. Add Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, orange juice and black beans, simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
  3. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
