Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 tbspCuban Mojo Marinade Mix
1⁄3 cup orange juice
2 tbsp oil + more for brushing
1 lb (450 g) pork tenderloin
Preparation
- In Round or Multipurpose Steamer, whisk together marinade mix, juice, and oil.
- Add pork to steamer; flip to coat. Cover; marinate at least 1 hour or overnight, up to 24 hr. Discard marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush grill with oil to prevent sticking. Grill for 15 min, turning once, or until instant read thermometer reads 160° F.
