When it’s grilling season, caramelize the flavours of stone fruit for a wonderful grilled dessert. Fruit looks splendid with grill marks and is a winning combo when topped with Epicure sweet dip.
2 tsp oil
4 peaches or 8 small plums, cut in half, pit removed
1⁄2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- In a prep bowl, combine oil and spice. Use a basting brush to brush on cut side of fruit.
- Place fruit, cut-side down, on grill over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes.
- While fruit is grilling, make dip: in a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt and dip mix.
- Place two halves of fruit on each serving plate. Top with 2 tbsp Greek yogurt dip.
