Nuts are a delicious gift. Wrap them in cellophane and tie with a pretty ribbon.


Ingredients

egg white
1 tbsp
water
3 pkg
sugar substitute
1 tsp
Sea Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper
1 tsp
Cinnamon Cinnamon
1 pinch
2 cups
unsalted mixed nuts

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 275° F (135° C).
  2. Whisk first 7 ingredients in mixing bowl. Add nuts and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Spread nuts in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until golden.
