You can really bulk these up with some added protein, like beans or cooked ground beef. And, take it into the endzone by adding prepared Guacamole or zesty Poco Picante Salsa.
Toppings (optional): sliced jalapenos, black beans, cooked ground beef
- In a 4-cup, microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, and dip mix. Microwave uncovered on medium (50% power) for 2 min. Stir, then microwave an additional 2 min on medium, or until heated through.
- Meanwhile, dice green onions, pepper, and tomato.
- Arrange half the tortilla chips on Sheet Pan. Drizzle half the prepared dip over chips, and top with half the diced veggies. Repeat with remaining chips, dip, and veggies to make a second layer. Add Better Than Bacon Topper and additional toppings, if desired.
Prepared dip will thicken as it cools. For a thinner sauce, whisk in more milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
